Privacy Policy
Last revised: August 11, 2026
Introduction
At Table d’Asteure, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
We collect information you choose to provide when you:
- request and confirm a newsletter subscription, including consent and unsubscribe evidence; or
- submit the contact form, including your name, email address, and message.
Public visitors do not create accounts or post comments. The authenticated admin account is used only to manage the site.
Automatically Collected Information
Cloudflare processes ordinary request and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the public site. Form endpoints derive a one-way abuse-prevention fingerprint from limited request information. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- send confirmation and newsletter email after you consent;
- respond to contact messages;
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and its forms; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The public site does not require an account cookie. The protected admin area uses Supabase authentication storage to maintain the administrator’s session. Hosting and security providers may use essential technologies to deliver and protect the service. The newsletter prompts use local browser storage to avoid repeatedly showing the same prompt. No non-essential analytics are active; this notice will be revised before any such tracking is enabled.
Third-Party Services
We use service providers to operate the site:
- Cloudflare for static hosting, delivery, and security;
- Supabase for the database, authentication, storage, and form endpoints;
- Lovable for visual source editing; and
- Resend for transactional and consented newsletter email once email delivery is enabled.
These providers process information under their own contractual and security terms to provide the services we request.
Retention
Unconfirmed newsletter requests are deleted after 30 days. Closed contact records are deleted or anonymized after 24 months. Confirmed consent evidence and unsubscribe suppression records are retained while needed to demonstrate lawful sending and honour do-not-send choices.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
